Bad quality since updating to v12

We've recently updated our Swyx-version to v12.0. Eversince we have noticed significant drops in the quality of our phone calls. External phone calls, as well as internal.
After suspecting the problem at our provider we came to the conclusion that it might as well be with Swyx itself.
Has anyone else experienced these quality drops since updating?
