xGodx Posted February 8, 2018 #1 Share Posted February 8, 2018 So When using the Connect To Block. What does "Proceed with destination's call routing" exactly mean? I
Tom Wellige Posted February 9, 2018 #2 Share Posted February 9, 2018 If the box is not checked the call will be presented at the destination, regardless if there is a call routing (incl. any configured redirection) or not. This enables you to evaluate the result of the connect to via it's exits like busy or timeout. If the box is checked the call will be completely handed over to the destinations call routing and the current call routing ends. This makes sense if you want to hand the call over to the operator where you have a complex call routing dealing with all incoming calls. This is btw. the way a redirection in SwyxWare works. A redirection always triggers the call routing of the destination. Within the connect to block you can decide what you want behaviour you like/need.
