Hallo,


 


wir haben vor kurzem ein Update von 2011R2 auf 2015R2 durchgeführt. Wir setzen als Hardware vor allem die OptiPoint 410 bzw. F31 mit dem letzten Firmware Release von Sywx ein, die bisher auch zuverlässig funktioniert haben. Seit dem Update häufen sich allerdings die Fälle bei denen das Telefon mitten im Gespräch "stehen" bleibt, d.h. Leitung tot, Display eingefroren und auch sonst keine Reaktion mehr. Nach einem Neustart funktioniert das Telefon wieder für einige Tage wie gewohnt. Sämtliche Einstellungen für die Telefone sind 1:1 von der alten Installation übernommen, deshalb stellt sich für uns die Frage was sich bei 2015R2 geändert hat mit dem die Telefone unter Umständen nicht klarkommen.


Hat jemand Erfahrungen mit einer ähnlichen Umgebung?

Mir ist es nicht bekannt und habe nun einige Kunden auf 2015r2 hochgezogen.

Mit Serverwechsel oder ohne ?

Ansonsten würde ich mal 2-3 Geräte, per FactoryReset zurücksetzen und von der IP-Tel Suche neu Konfigurieren lassen.

Mit Serverwechsel von Windows 2003 auf 2008R2 x64. Allerdings scheinen nur die alten F31 betroffen, die wenigen L640 und L615 die wir haben nicht. Habt Ihr auch die alten Swyxphones noch im Einsatz?


Den FactoryReset werd ich mal an den problematischsten Geräten testen und Bescheid geben.

Keine SwyxPhones sondern in den Fällen Octophone F31ip, aber wären ja Baugleich.

Fw. 2.1.5 also die letzte Aktuelle.

Edit....natürlich v5 R6.1..

Verschlüsselung und G.722 Codec hast du deaktiviert ? ( Ist meine Standart-Einstellung derzeit)

die letzte Optipoint SwyxPhone Firmware ist die V5 R6.1.0 von daher sollte diese auch auf den Optipoint Telefonen sein.


Das F31IP ist gleich dem L420s und hier kann muss aber nicht die Verschlüsselung deaktiviert werden.


Was G.722 angeht, da das Telefon diesen Codec nicht kennt wird es ihn auch nicht anbieten bzw. akzeptieren.


 


Was ich erst mal raten würde ist, in den PhoneMgr Logs nach solche einem Hängen bleiben zu schauen, was das letzte war das dem Telefon angetan wurde, sei es von der SwyxWare oder vom Benutzer.


Kann ja sein das es hier Hinweise gibt warum die Telefone nicht mehr das tun was sie sollen.

ja es sind die L420s/F31IP und die V5_R6.1.0 ist bei allen installiert. Ich hab nun drei davon per "Werksreset" behandelt, mal schauen ob das Problem erneut auftritt. Die PhoneMgr Logs werd ich mir auch noch anschauen und schauen ob zum Zeitpunkt des Ausfalls etwas mehr als Telefon nicht erreichbar vermerkt ist. Die Verschlüsselung ist übrigens auf "bevorzugt" was aber auch beim 2011R2 so war.


Wenn im Log noch etwas spannedes zu finden ist werd ich es hier mal einstellen.

Für mich sieht das aus als ob das Telefon aus Sicht des PhoneMgr einfach verschwindet. Jemand noch eine Idee?

Liegt nun als Call bei Swyx. Das Problem tritt nur bei eingeschalteter Verschlüsselung und nur mit den F31 auf. Beim 2011 R2 hat die gleiche Einstellung keine Probleme gemacht. Wenn noch eine sinnvolle Rückmeldung kommt werde ich es hier nochmal reinschreiben.

Hi Andreas,

 

We have got the same problem whit the new Swyx 2015 v10.40.2694.

There are some phones that are logged off at different times, when we look at the PhoneMgr we see also the text "Gracefully closed from wire" at the same time when the phone is logged off.
