This means that users can access the most important functions such as the central phone book, call lists and contact favorites particularly quickly, as well as control end devices directly in the Teams client. In addition, a compact Swyx Client is available in the background for the configuration and operation of further convenience functions such as individual forwarding rules using Extended Call Routing (ECR). This increases user-friendliness and now enables users to combine the best of both product worlds even more conveniently. Optimal interoperability between Microsoft Teams and Swyx is also ensured by the available presence synchronization between the two solutions. For example, if a user is in a Teams meeting, the Swyx Client takes over the status "Busy" or "Do Not Disturb" so that incoming calls can be automatically forwarded.
