Swyxit call lenght longer than 40 min.

Hello Forum :)

 

 

We currently use Swyxware 9.50.1810 in our company, and several of our co-workers complained about disconnecting during calls that are longer than 40 minutes.

Can this be related to Swyxware/Swyxit settings?

Are those internal or external call?

In general the SwyxWare doesn't have any such limits, so they must be triggered from outside.

I assume you are talking about external calls and the disconnects are triggered by the provider or other devices being within the chain of communication.

A close look into the relevant traces should give a hint. 

You should get in touch with your reseller to get this analysed.
