Swyx is the ICT resellers' favourite: The readers of German channel magazine CRN voted the Dortmund-based Unified Communications specialist as best supplier of the year 2017 in the category "soft-PBX/virtual telephone system". This latest award, following the selection as best telecommunications and UC supplier for small and medium-sized businesses by Telecom Handel readers, once again confirms that Swyx is the number one for the channel and meets the requirements of specialist resellers in the best possible way.
At the award ceremony during CRN’s ICT summit Dr. Ralf Ebbinghaus, CEO of Swyx Solutions AG, received two awards at once: The participating resellers had also chosen him as one of the top 3 channel managers in the telecommunications sector.
In the CRN readers' survey, resellers vote for the best manufacturers in the ICT industry each year and evaluate, among other things, the product quality and support services of various suppliers in several categories. The suppliers with the best ratings are awarded the coveted CRN awards. In addition, the CRN editorial team also nominates ten outstanding ICT managers in a total of ten categories for the so-called Channel Championships. The TOP 3 managers in each category are named Channel Champions of the year and also receive a CRN award.
