sharkbone Posted August 4, 2017 #1 Share Posted August 4, 2017 I cant determine the presence statuses of my contacts in SwyxIT. I have uninstalled reinstalled Swyx IT Client. Recreated the users but problem still persist. I have even tried changing the skin on the client side. Check attached screenshot to have an idea of what i am talking about. Most Valued User jodost Posted August 4, 2017 Most Valued User #2 Share Posted August 4, 2017 Looks like SwyxIt is not really connected (e.g. routing problem, NAT between SwyxIt and server or something else).Try to set RemoteConnector to "always" - if this helps you know where to search.
