''Enter PIN for conference'' problem

Recently we have a problem: people who trying to enter the conference room, after dialing a number, prerecorded message ask them to enter a pin, after they entered a correct pin, the message keep asking them for a pin (with some kind of echo). Does anyone have any suggestion for solving this problem?

It looks that someone placed a call routing script on the conference user, implementing the pin verification. You should check that script for the correct pin to be entered. 

 

The default SwyxWare has no pin verification for conference rooms, but leaves this to call routing scripts being created for the conference user.

Thank you for your answer. Yes, we are using call routing script with implemented the pin verification. The pin is correct, and call routing script works fine in a situation where caller enter the wrong pin. But when we use correct pin we get that strange situation where we have prerecorded .wav file played over and over again. I was even trying with a new audio file, but we still have old one played (with echo) after we enter correct pin. Strange right? :)
