Ziyan Posted October 22, 2016 #1 Share Posted October 22, 2016 Recently we have a problem: people who trying to enter the conference room, after dialing a number, prerecorded message ask them to enter a pin, after they entered a correct pin, the message keep asking them for a pin (with some kind of echo). You should check that script for the correct pin to be entered. The default SwyxWare has no pin verification for conference rooms, but leaves this to call routing scripts being created for the conference user. Yes, we are using call routing script with implemented the pin verification. The pin is correct, and call routing script works fine in a situation where caller enter the wrong pin. But when we use correct pin we get that strange situation where we have prerecorded .wav file played over and over again. I was even trying with a new audio file, but we still have old one played (with echo) after we enter correct pin. Strange right? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you send it to me (as .rse file) via PM along with a server trace file containing a complete call into that script I can have a look into it tonight. Ziyan Posted October 31, 2016 Author #5 Share Posted October 31, 2016 The problem was with Conference Manager service, for some reason it stops working, so after a restart and set up on manual everything works fine.
