Both companies have signed a strategic cooperation agreement up to 2021. In addition, Deutsche Telekom has increased its existing stake in Swyx under this strategic cooperation agreement. "We are very proud of the cooperation agreement we have signed with Deutsche Telekom. As a German technology company with a focus on unified communications solutions for small businesses, this strategic partnership allows us to unite our innovative product range with the intelligent market approach of Deutsche Telekom. Furthermore, we will be well positioned to dominate the "Digitisation of SMEs" and drive forward our market leadership in this area" says Dr. Ralf Ebbinghaus, CEO at Swyx Solutions AG. Managing Director at Telekom Deutschland, Hagen Rickmann, also emphasises the importance attached to the digitisation of small to medium sized enterprises: "With the expansion of this successful cooperation we once again underline our commitment to driving forward digitalisation in the SME sector. Swyx is a reliable partner with whom we will therefore work more closely together in the future; providing equal benefit to both companies and to our customers."
