They find it very useful but they needs 2 feature: - IM does not work with MAC (I try it on SywxIt 2015 R3.2). There is a way to use IM with MAC? - if you close IM and then you open it again you lost past conversation. There is a way to recover them? As far as I know it will be part of a future release the IM doesn't have a history.
