Swyxit 2015 Call transfer problem.

Dear All,

 

In a recent installation of swyx 2015 r3.1 I have a client which has this behavior.

 

ext call -> A (win7 user)

transfer a call to B ext call  to B works correctly,

 

But A remains with che hold music...

nobody have any suggestion?

Do I understand your scenario correctly?

• External caller A calls internal user B
• B accepts call
• B transfers call to internal user C
• B has music on hold afterwards

The only one who should have MOH in this scenario is the external caller A.

now the issue was changed.

 

if i'm loggin with Ad credential I can't put the call in hold and transfer.

If I'm login with swyx auth, I can put the call inhold end send it to another colleague, but i can't receive from other colleague a trensfered Call...

 

Very strange, it seems like aan AD error...

 

This issue will become only a single User.

(alredy try to delete and recreate, and change the pc )

Logging in with AD or not should not change the behavior. I think you did not test properly.

Are you using CTI or USB audio device?

Sorry to revive an old thread, 

 

But I am also having the same issue with Swyx, I have uninstalled and reinstalled Swyx on the Client PC, Removed their profile from the local PC and signed them back in We use AD authentication.

 

But the problem persists. We use USB Headsets in the office Jabra ones specifically.

 

Swyx its self doesn't respond to pressing the hold or transfer buttons.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
