Swyxphone L615 changes user sometimes

Hello Forum,

 

we are using forty L615 phones and everything works fine but like once a week 2 phones change the users. Person A comes to work and their phone is logged in as person B, while the real person B is logged out from their phone. Do you know what could be the reason for this or which settings I should check? I already resetted the phones but it happened again.

Dear Daniel,

 

you can disable this feature as follows:

- Open the SwyxWare Administration software for Windows

- Double click the User B 

- Change to tab "SwyxPhone Lxxx"

- There you can see the MAC-address of the wrong L615-telephone and a checkbox "[x] auto login"

- You can change the mac-address to the right device for user B. If User B does not have a permanent deskphone, just remove the MAC-address and disable the auto-login checkbox.

- Now, close the configuration window an double-click on User A.

- Change to tab "SwyxPhone Lxxx"

- There you can also see the checkbox [x] auto-login and the MAC-address-field. You can insert the MAC-address of his preferred device there
