Rosch Posted June 2, 2015 #1 Share Posted June 2, 2015 Hi there, I haven't worked with Swyx before and am stuck with the following problem: The Bosses calls are redirected automatically to another user if he does not answer. This other users calls are redirected to her mobile phone after work hours. Now I am trying to achieve that the Boss-redirected calls are not redirected any further to her mobile phone. I found the IsCallTransferred function which I think can do what I want, but I don't know how and where to implement it. I tried to create a new rule in her Call routing Manager: - I put the function in the start rule. - Then I set a variable IsTransferred = IsRedirectedFrom(ByVal "userX") - Then I check the variable: IsTransferred = true (or just IsTransferred?) It doesn't seem to work. Can someone help me? Am I on the right track? Or is there maybe an easier way to do this?
