Missing country code on incoming calls (own country +49)

Hello,

 

I have the following problem:

 

When I got a call from another Country then mine, e.g. from Egypt to Germany I can see the country code +20.... . When I get a call from a german number the country code is not shown by Swyx and so that there is only the area code 0391.... . 

 

Can this and if yes, how can this be configured?

what SIP Provider are you using? - Could you share us the configuration from the SIP Trunk Group, incoming Calls Configuration?

first of all thanks for your reply and here I have the pictures of the SIP-Trunk-Konfig (it was made by our customer where we implement something, so I only have these screenshots):
