When I use it on Sip trunking the voice quality is very disturbed. We use several gigaset setups for our customers (and as we are a Swyx cloud partner and ip-based telco, none of them uses isdn). I cannot report any problems with poor voice quality in these setups..Try to play around with the codecs and the encryption settings on both, trunk and gigaset-user, I guess there must be something wrong. 5wyx1t Posted May 6, 2015 #3 Share Posted May 6, 2015 A510 should be fine. If trunk bandwidth is limited, has packet loss, or is DSL, I would avoid G.729 codec which sounds terrible with lost packets. Try setting A510 to G.711 codec. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
