Voicemail not Playing

Hi,

 

i am having issues when someone listen to a voicemail, we don't hear the message but we only hear the time of calls, the number that called but no message. 

The end users gets the voicemail email without any issues, it just we can not listen the to voicemail via  remote inquiry.

 

When looking at the traces log for imap4, we see the following Discard fetch response, can not interpret data. current email date: 0.0.0 0:0, this is something i have not seen before.

 

has anyone come across this issues?

Hi,

i have the same problem, Swyx Server Version 10.40.2540 on Server 2012 R2, Exchange 2010 and Outlook 2013.

All solutions on the Swyx homepage do not help.

 

In the lpPbximap4 tracefile i found this:  Total Mails: 5 Unread: 3 Total Voicemails: 3 Unread Voicemails: 0 Voicemails without Data: 0 Unread: 0

Reason: You have no Voicemail....
