Ivo van Gastel Posted August 30, 2017 #1 Share Posted August 30, 2017 Hi, We're running Swyx on VMWare. On a hardware level we have redundancy. We can control the Windows environment and when Windows stops working we can reboot the VM. Does anyone have experience with controlling the Swyx services? How can we test if calls are accepted by the server? We could test if the service is running but what if the service hangs? kind regards, Ivo van Gastel
Most Valued User jodost Posted August 31, 2017 Most Valued User #2 Share Posted August 31, 2017 What you could do is a. use sipsak or anything else to send calls to the Swyx-server and check the result b. use the performance-counters (DVD -> Swyx -> Tools -> SNMP) to e.g. check how many trunks or users are online
