Switlox Posted January 27, 2017 #1 Share Posted January 27, 2017 Hello, I'm trying to make a skin with more than 250 speeddials (I want 320). I've tried several things: -Changing the SkinDefenition.dat from 250 to 500 This will allow me to make more speeddials, but they stay "greyed out" so I cannot use or program them.. Then I tried to use powershell to give the user more speeddials but this is maxed on 250 also! I used: Set-IpPbxSpeedDialKeyCount -UserName $UserName -SpeedDialKeyCount 500 But also an error that 250 is the maximum number of speeddials..... How do you do this with large customers? I now have 275 users but no place to put them...please help
Most Valued User Markus Wallner Posted January 27, 2017 Most Valued User #2 Share Posted January 27, 2017 AFAIK it is no longer possible to use more than 250 speeddials. In installations this size, we use a webextension with the userlist provided by 3iMedia Call Queue Controller.
Switlox Posted January 27, 2017 Author #3 Share Posted January 27, 2017 HI Markus, Thanks for your reply! I'll have a look at the 3iMedia solution.
Most Valued User Markus Wallner Posted January 27, 2017 Most Valued User #4 Share Posted January 27, 2017 You'll probably need customizing support from the 3iMedia guys, if you're not familiar with the product.
NC_Luetzenk Posted July 19, 2017 #5 Share Posted July 19, 2017 Do you need those speeddials for internal or external use? You can get speeddials for external numbers with a little trick: Use the global phonebook. For Each speeddial you enter Name: "#100" (e.g.) Number: '+49221.......' Description: "Name for Speeddial" Now you can dial #100 over your Phone or Client or SIP-Device and the Swyx will call the external Phonenumber. I Don't know if this will help. But is worth a shot.
