Incorrect Phone Model Shown

Hi there

 

I have a strange issue.

 

The physical phone is a 420s.

I am trying to set one of the configurable buttons as a 'Headset' button

So, I open Swyxware admin console > Open the user's properties > Click on BUTTONS > Under Swyxphone tab, it says

Swyxphone L420e  and  not Swyxphone L420s / L520s

 

If I change it to the correct phone and choose 'Set as default' , it reverts back to the L420e.

If I click on configure, Unfortunately, on the L420e, Headset isn't one of the options you can choose for a button

 

If I go back to the user's properties, under the Devices tab, it does show L520s and the Public IP.

 

My question, is why isn't the correct phone shown in the Buttons section and how do I forcibly change it ?

That is not a filed to show which device the user uses.

you can configure individual options for ech phone type.

Just configure the settings for the L520s.

That was incredibly simple

 

Just like you said, I changed the phone to a L520s and then was able to set a Headset key and that has reflected on the phone as well.
