Helen G Posted September 21, 2023 #1 Share Posted September 21, 2023 Help! This is causing major issues as we cannot tell who answered any calls since we upgraded to Swyx V13. The CDR files and the active calls all just show the Group that the user who answered belongs to where it used to show destination name. I need to know who is picking up but cannot tell.
