Change in CDR field "DestinationName" After SwyxWare Upgrade to V13

We recently upgraded from SwyxWare 2015 to V13.

 

Our Swyx CDR Files and the "Active Calls" table in SwyxAdmin now display only the name of a Group a person belongs to if they answer a call in the "DestinationName" field whereas in V2015 the actual name of the User would be displayed. It is now not possible to identify WHO actually answered the call individually, only that a Group answered it.

 

For example...

    In V2015:  A routing script would present a call to group "Customer Services". If "Daniel" in that group answered the call as the final destination then "Daniel" would appear in the DestinationName/Number fields.

    In V13: A routing script would present a call to group "Customer Services". If "Daniel" in that group answered the call as the final destination then "Customer Serivces" now appears in the DestinationName/Number and not "Daniel" as previous behavior.

 

Same behaviour exists in SwyxAdmin "Active Calls" tab. If "Daniel" answers the call, the Destination Name column displays "Customer Services" only and not "Daniel" as existed in V2015.

 

Is there any way to get the previous functionality present in V2015 Back ?
