gmuck Posted April 21, 2023 #1 Share Posted April 21, 2023 Hi, Customer wants to use their SwyxPhone L62 with Jabra Engage 75 Headset. They connected it with DHSG cable, the control of headset is working so far as it is ringing, pick up and so on works. But unfortunately there is no audio/voice on the headset when they pick up a call. What could be the reason, is there anything special to configure?
