rjn239 Posted July 6, 2015 #1 Share Posted July 6, 2015 Hi, We have a number of offices that use Swyx to communicate. The physical server is located at our Head Office on the .254.0 network. Office 1 which uses the IP address range 252.0 can receive external calls fine (although there is a delay). However when they try and talk internally the dial tone is heard and calling tone (anything that involves the connection with the main server) but when the call is connected, and the connection becomes peer - to - peer no sound is heard? The networks are setup as BOVPN and everything else works fine, any ideas how we can get around this? Ryan.
Most Valued User Remco Posted July 6, 2015 Most Valued User #2 Share Posted July 6, 2015 I assume you have a Swyxlink between the two servers? Can you reproduce the error on all cases? Than I gues you have a firewall issue. When using SwyxLink the Link on the Locally configured side is an RTP router. So both sides should be able to send RTP over this IP address.
