Hallo,

 

ich hatte heute das Problem, dass ich für 20 Minuten nicht mehr raus oder reintelefonieren konnte.

Im CDR stand NetworkCongestion. Laut Swyx Wiki ist das eine Netzwerküberlastung. 
Leider weiß ich gar nicht wie genau damit jetzt zu verfahren ist.
