Wizard Posted February 19, 2015 #1 Share Posted February 19, 2015 Hi experts we go a brand new Swyx phone system beginning of this year- Nethone server 2012 with Netphone administration V 9.0- Octopus Netphone clients on each computer 9.40.1678 some of them with a standard PC head set some of them with a JABRA blue tooth head set or a plantronics DECT head set In all configurations we found ring tones and dial tonesto be extremely loud, when volume was adjustedto the voice of the counterpart at the phone. This might be a consquence of wrong adjustmentas we can set the volume on three levels:- at the head set- at the netphone client- at the computerwhile computer and Netphone client seem to interact in this case. Does anyone know, or have an idea how to supress the volume of ringtones/dialtones selectively compared to speakers voice?
