Hallo zusammen,

 

habe ein schweres Client-Problem. Ich arbeite täglich über VPN in der Firma.

 

Ich benutze: 1 Notebook, Tastatur, Maus, Jabra Speak 510 über USB als Mikrofon und Lautsprecher.

 

SwyxIt friert oft ein, wenn ich eine Nummer wähle (Beispiel "123") und danach ein PIN gefordert wird (Beispiel "55555"). Ich kann teils Minuten lang den Pin nicht eingeben. Oft kann ich in der SwyxIt Software dann nicht auflegen.

Teils muss ich SwyxIt über den Taskmanager beenden und neu starten, teils 1-2 Mal. 

Ich verwende den Skin 3iMedia Converence 2017.cab / 2015.cab habe rund 500 Kontakte in Outlook und Outlook AddIn Wählhilfe aktiviert.

 

Das Problem habe ich fast täglich.
