Maned Call Transfer

hi wondering if anyone can help with what i am trying to configure. example below:

 

Call comes into user A 

user A accepts call  

User A wants to transfer to user B (internal number)

Before transferring User C user A would like to speak to User B and then transfer.

 

Can anyone help me with how i would do this
