Switlox Posted September 27, 2016 #1 Share Posted September 27, 2016 Hi, I have one Swyx user with a SIP phone who has a "prefix" programmed into it for dialing an outside trunk. So this user can just dial any number and the phone automatically adds a "0" for an outside line. Only this user...all the other users do have to dial an extra "0" for outside trunks. Can I strip the extra prefix from the CLIP to this phone, because now when I select a number from the missed calls list the extra "0" is still there and the number is chosen with one "0" to many.... So the incoming CLIP is "+31101234567" and Swyxware converts it to "00101234567" as Display number to the SIP user. I want to change it to "0101234567" or even the original CLIP "+31101234567" will work. Perhaps via the script editor?
