Manchurian Posted December 15, 2015 #1 Share Posted December 15, 2015 Hi, First question, no clue if this is the place to be for this one -SwyxIt client version is 9.50.1810.0 Multiple users with this version but 3 users have a issue with their login credentials. They have to fill in server adress and user/pass every single day. I reinstalled the SwyxIt client, it was fine for a few days and now the problem is back. Most Valued User Varmenni Posted December 15, 2015 Most Valued User #2 Share Posted December 15, 2015 IIRC, those things are kept in the registry, under HKCU\Software\Swyx\CurrentVerision\Options My guess is that those users don't have permission to write to the registry, or something is wiping out the changes. Manchurian Posted December 17, 2015 Author #4 Share Posted December 17, 2015 This key saves the info: HKCU\Software\Swyx\Commonlogin\Currentversion\Options This key remembers the last used user: HKCU\Software\Swyx\SwyxIt!\Currentversion\Options I'm gonna try removing these and creating them again with the new user info.
