Dare 0 Report post Posted December 8, 2015 Hello, We are a dutch company and we use a separate telephone number for foreign numbers which automatically transfers calls to our reception. Our problem is that when the receptionist isn't at her desk, using only her headphone she can't look at the Swyx screen, there is no way to see if the caller is transferred by the English-only number. To solve this problem we tried to set a specific ringtone for this number, however this doesn't work because the English-only number only transfers the incoming calls, it doesn't call the reception itself.
