HeineLysemose Posted December 4, 2015 #1 Share Posted December 4, 2015 I'm looking for a solution where all calls (Internal/External, External/Internal, Internal/Internal) are recorded on all kind of devices (softphone, desktop, handset, remotely). I'm also well aware of the possibility to record all calls from a soft-phone from within SwyxIt!. The main issues lies in recording desk phones internally without having an extra setup to TAP traffic from our POE switches, extracting SIP traffic and arranges those extracted calls into some kind of structure. Most Valued User Virikas Posted December 7, 2015 Most Valued User #4 Share Posted December 7, 2015 As internal calls have theire rtp streaming routed directly between the 2 endpoints there can't be any possibly solution on the server side. Besides that: Normal swyxphones don't use sip, so standard rtp extracting tools won't be able to recognize the voice traffic even if you tap all traffic. How does trunk recordfing work regarding transfering calls to/from a number on the trunk which gets recorded? Will all calls get recorded properly?
