When i add a contact to my outlook contacts and i call the number, only the number is shown in the swyxit appilication, not the name of my outlook contact. I tried to tackle the issue via the knowledge base article https://www.swyx.com/products/support/knowledge-base/article-details/swyxknowledge/kb4206.html acording to the article, all my serttings are good. acemary Posted November 6, 2015 #4 Share Posted November 6, 2015 If Outlook terminated during operation, the ClearContext add-in could be disabled.
