zahid Posted September 15, 2015 #1 Share Posted September 15, 2015 Hi, I have two users, me and a colleague.I can login to Swyx with my AD credentials but my colleague gets the message : There is no Swyxware account for this user I have logged on the Swyx admin console and checked matched all settings for the both of us but the issue still remains. Any thoughts guys on what more to check ? Thanks
Most Valued User Remco Posted September 16, 2015 Most Valued User #2 Share Posted September 16, 2015 AD logon only works in a domain. I think your user is not a domain user in the same Windows domain. Right?
Most Valued User Virikas Posted September 16, 2015 Most Valued User #3 Share Posted September 16, 2015 Swyxware 2015 (r2) ?Then this a change swyx made for some reason (while I consider it to be a bug). You can't log in to the swyx administration with just an AD account. That AD account needs to be assigned to a swyxware user AND this swyxware user has to be assigned to an administrator profile.Just adding an AD account to an administrator profile isn't enough. If you did talk about SwyxIT Client logon and not swyx administration, then forget what I've just said, and be more precise in your error description next time

Yes, you are right. I am talking about SwyxiT client login. Thanks again both for your replies and time
Robvha Posted September 21, 2015 #5 Share Posted September 21, 2015 Hello Zahid, Sounds strange, does the Windows time on the workstation match with Windows time on the Swyx server? Other question, are the SwyxIt! versions the same? Best regards, Rob
