SergeB Posted February 25 #1 Share Posted February 25 Hello, I have updated my swyxare version from 13.10 to 13.30 (waiting for 31 now....) I have TRUNK recording enabled and now on this version if I receive an external the caller gets 2 loud beeps before the normal script announcement is played. This sounds verry unprofessional. Is there a way to disable these beeps? I have tried to disable the beep.wav file, but its not that file. The beeps are still there. Recording to Dutch law we have an voice announcement about the recording. On version 13.10 there was no such beep. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
