Daniel Gradwell Posted April 5, 2023 #1 Share Posted April 5, 2023 We have the requirement for calls to be automatically recorded for all calls but for our internal CRM to be able to pause the recording at the point of card or bank details being provided. There is a previous thread from 2017 but this does not give any answer on how to do this and being that it is an old thread, I wonder if Swyx has been updated to have an easier solution to this.
