If someone gets an call on his/her mobile number, I hearded that it isn’t possible for Swyx to see that the mobile is ‘busy’ because it didn’t went through the SwyxServer, even if the Swyx Mobile is running on the mobile. I want to see that the user is busy. Is there a solution for this problem so I can see a red dot in SwyxIt so I know the line is busy. Tom Wellige Posted May 22, 2015 #2 Share Posted May 22, 2015 If the user has a regular GSM call on his mobile phone which is not routed through the SwyxWare there is no way for SwyxWare knowing if he is busy or not.
