Nick Posted June 23, 2022 #1 Share Posted June 23, 2022 After a time being in the queue the user is supposed to be forwarded to a Dummy User where another call routing script takes over but the call gets disonnected after the queue announcment. The Log shows me following error: Line 51323: 23 13:34:15.883 004ec4 Warn SwSIP 11214080 0000d11b SwSIPCall::ActOn3xx4xx5xx6xxReInviteSent() MediaOffer in Invite failed, reset to last state: OfferAnswerState:OfferSent --Receive3xx4xx5xx6xx--> OfferAnswerState:OfferAnswerComplete Line 51324: 23 13:34:15.883 004ec4 Info SwSIP 11214080 0000d11b SwSIPCall::MapSipRespCode2DiscCause () Mapped SIP response '488 Not Acceptable Here' to disconnect cause 'IncompatibleDestination' Line 51325: 23 13:34:15.883 004ec4 Info SwSIP 11214080 0000d11b SwSIPCall::ActOn3xx4xx5xx6xxReInviteSent() SEND SwTCL MediaOfferFailed(IncompatibleDestination) This only happens with external numbers. I will therefore move your post. Unfortunately I don't have a spontaneous idea about your problem. But I guess the three lines of trace are way too few information to find the reason. But please don't post entire trace file here. The forum is not a the place for deep trace analysis. This is more a job for the distrubor and/or Enreach support.
