Problem beim MS Teams Präsenz Status

Hallo in die Runde,

 

wir setzen die Version 13.10 ein als Netphone und ich versuche den Präsenzstatus für Teams zu aktivieren - leider bisher erfolglos.

 

Unsere Dienste des Servers laufen alle mit einem User "Netphone-Service". Dieser kann Teams öffnen und die App registrations habe ich nach Swyx-Anleitung durchgeführt, dass der gleiche User genutzt wird. Aber in den Traces laufen weiterhin Fehler auf:

 

09 16:32:17.331 ERROR     16 Consent required from user or admin: invalid_grant, AADSTS65001: The user or administrator has not consented to use the application with ID 'XXXXXXX' named 'SwyxMSTeamsPresenceSync'. Send an interactive authorization request for this user and resource.

09 16:32:47.065 ERROR      3 Consent required from user or admin: invalid_grant, AADSTS65001: The user or administrator has not consented to use the application with ID 'XXXXXXX' named 'SwyxMSTeamsPresenceSync'. Send an interactive authorization request for this user and resource.

09 16:32:47.373 ERROR     18 Consent required from user or admin: invalid_grant, AADSTS50196: The server terminated an operation because it encountered a client request loop. Please contact your app vendor.

09 16:32:47.466  WARN     18 Failed to fetch MS Teams users: Status Code: Unauthorized
Microsoft.Graph.ServiceException: Code: InvalidAuthenticationToken
Message: Access token is empty.

 

Hat jemand eine Idee oder ein ähnliches Problem gehabt?

Have you granted "admin consent" in Azure ?

Azure Portal > Azure Active Directory > App registration > SwyxMSTeamsPresenceSync > API permissions

 

API rights you need :

 

Then click there you grant access :

Thank you for your helpfull answer. I thought, I've granted all rights ... but there were a mistake

I set User.Read.All and not User.ReadBasic.All.

 

That's the solution ... now it works!!
