RobS Posted March 24, 2022 #1 Share Posted March 24, 2022 Hello, we have connected some Yealink T46S phones to the Swyx/Netphone system (onprem / 13.05), which works fine. But now all phones are registered in the DHCP with the same hostname n (SIP-T46S), which is not really funny for the DHCP. On Yealink you can use the parameter 'network.dhcp_host_name' to set the hostname of the phone during provisioning. I was thinking about 'network.dhcp_host_name = Yealink_%%extension_number%%_%extension_first_name%%_%extension_last_name%%'. My idea is to add this parameter to the common.cfg - which is linked in mac.boot. But now I am missing the way, that this parameter is also used for the provisioning of the phone. How do I proceed further? I have picked up something about the Cmdlet Import-IpPbxFile, but then I don't know any further. Thanks a lot!
