Unclear registry entries

I use GPOs to manage a lot of the registry entries under HKCU\Software\Swyx\SwyxIt!\CurrentVersion\Options in order to force RemoteConnector and others. There I stumbled across the following DWORD entries but I could not figure out how they work or what they do. When i reboot, these are set to 0, even if i manually changed them to 1. Has anybody used these before and can tell me what they are for?
