Change Time When An Announcement Should Be Played

Hi,


 


A customer of my company wants to know how to enable an after office hours announcement themselves.


Don't know if users can do that themselves, if not can I enable that being an administrator?


How should I do that?


We are running SwyxWare Administration V8.01.0678.0

How do they have their out of office currently implemented?

Just a simple call routing with a time check in it?

Using the rule wizard for such a rule only takes a few mouse clicks.

Within SwyxIt! Client just click on the Call Routing button to open the Call Routing Manager. In there click the new rule button and choose rule wizard to create the new rule with. The rest should be self explaining.

You can also create call routings for any user from within the SwyxWare Administration. Just right click a user, select special functions and then call routing manager.
