Hiya,

We are having an issue with a few users. We are using SwyxIt! Version 10.30.2429 2015 edition.

We have a mixture of Jabra and Plantronics headsets, and are experiencing the same issue with both. Where a user will answer the call and the customer cannot hear them. but the weird thing is when the user hangs up and calls back it works perfectly fine.

We have tried uninstalling Poly Hub / Jabra Direct and testing. Didnt help.

We have also tried quitting MS Teams and this works on a few but not all people with this issue.

Has anyone else had this issue at all

Ta,

Jordan M

Believe to have found a solution to this, which is the following.

"Rebooting the server and ensuring users are up to the latest supported edition of SwyxIt! which is compatible with the your server. "

Tried restarting services but this did not do anything and CPU usage would hit the roof. A bounce seemed to have done the trick.

This issue appeared again. 5-6 weeks afterwards, this is down to the call handling between the server and the client.

Upon further ivestigation in the SQL DB it shows that the server was rejecting the passover of calls to the client, however double tapping the hold button you can suddenly hear the customer on the call again.

Deffo an oddity, but the fix is to upgrade.
