Timur Oeztuerk Posted October 8, 2021 #1 Share Posted October 8, 2021 Hello, is it possible for a User to "log-off" of a group? example : user is in three groups called : group1, group2, group3 now if the user would not want to recieve any calls incoming in group2 he would have to sign off from the client, making him unavaible for any calls at all is it possible to temporarily sign off group2 so the user can still recieve incoming calls from group1 and group3? Thanks in advance
Most Valued User Solution jodost Posted October 8, 2021 Most Valued User Solution #2 Share Posted October 8, 2021 The SwyxIT! Client has different line keys. You can configure them (by clicking the right mouse key) to handle inbound calls, e.g. first line = personal DDI, second line = group 123, third line = group 234 (or also "all group calls"). Once this is done, you can right-click the line and lock or unlock it. No incoming calls will arrive on a locked line, and if there is no line left where the group call can arrive (because all other lines are configured to other numbers), it won't ring.
