Integration with Ms Teams times out

Hi!

 

We have successfully made the integration between Swyx and MsTeams on our own server. But when doing the same on a clients Swyx I get a "connection attempt failed". If I change the username I get the "Unauthrized" error so something tells me the connection is actually working and it is something else..but what? Below you see all that I get from the logs. Anyone that have experienced the same issue?
