Can't ping / connect netphone server

Hello all,

we are using openvpn and Swyxit! to connect our remote workers to our netphone server at the office. For most of our colleagues the system works, but not for a few amount of colleagues. It is impossible for them to ping the internal IP address 192.168.xxx.xxx when openvpn tunnel is established. Does anyone know something about this issue?

 NetPhone-Administration V10.0

Version: 10.40.2694.0

ONPA Server X150 II

Thanks and best

Klemens

Hello Klemens,

I suspect the error does not come from the Swyx / Netphone as ICMP request arent handelt by Swyx/Netphone services.

Maybe there is a issue with the OpenVPN or the routing table on your local device. Maybe their is an issue because of missing local permissions to set the vpn routes to the swyx subnet.

Otherwise I would generally rule out an error on the Swyx/Netphone side.

best regards

Stefan
