qaztan Posted February 14, 2020 #1 Share Posted February 14, 2020 Good morning. In my company we recently installed about 20 Yealink T41S with Swyxit accounts. I need to activate the function to pick-up calls, but I don't know which key combination should I use. Any suggestion? Thanks.
Most Valued User jodost Posted February 14, 2020 Most Valued User #2 Share Posted February 14, 2020 there is no key combination. If you use them as normal SIP-device (manual configuration): The only chance is to use SwyxIt! in CTI+-mode and use pickup there. If you use them with the "certified SIP device"-licence with autoconfiguration via SCC, the phone should offer you "pickable" calls in a "call waiting"-dialog on it's display and then you just use the OK-button on the phone. Both requires that the user is member of a group with activated "call-signalization to other group members".
