aumer Posted November 11, 2019 #1 Share Posted November 11, 2019 Hallo, ich mach jetzt schon seit 15 Jahren oder so Swyx, hab aber noch nie mit PreProcessing gearbeitet. Jetzt wollte ich mir das mal anschauen habs aber nicht so richtig hinbekommen. Testweise habe ich einfach mal ein Skript gebaut das die Zeit ansagt. Das habe ich dann in die Datenbank in den Bereich: Global als Call-Routing Skript mit dem Namen rulePreProcessing.rse hochgeladen. Leider passiert da aber gar nix. Was mache ich falsch? Most Valued User MarkRussell Posted November 12, 2019 Most Valued User #2 Share Posted November 12, 2019 You need to copy the preprossing .vbs file (the rse file is only used to create the vbs. it makes sense to keep both together though in the database so you cna then edit) To test this I would put it in a user scope first. Tom Wellige Posted November 12, 2019 #3 Share Posted November 12, 2019 Ebenso darfst Du den Ruf im PreProcessing nicht annehmen, da sonst anschliessend der "Regel übersprungen" Ausgang nicht mehr funktioniert, d.h. nachfoglende Regeln werden NICHT mehr gestartet. Das gilt für alle GSE Regeln, und so auch für das PreProcessing. Indem Du eine Ansage abspielst verbindet der Server den Ruf um die Ansage abspielen zu können.
