R3XH3ROS Posted July 25, 2019 #1 Share Posted July 25, 2019 Hallo, wir haben Unternehmensweit folgendes Problem: Beim wählen der markierten Rufnummer (F8) kommt es immer wieder vor, das die vorher gewählte Nummer herangezogen wird und nicht die eigentliche neue markierte. Ein ändern der Taste oder die Neuinstallation des Clients, haben keine Abhilfe gebracht. Wir haben die SwyxIt! Version 11.20.3111 unter Win10 64bit Enterprise im Einsatz Server ist Windows Server 2016 Datacenter mit Swyx Administration V11. Für Hilfe oder Tipps wäre ich dankbar, mein Chef tickt demnächst aus. Wir haben das Problem auch und passiert im Callcenter bei uns am häufigsten weil dort die Funktion mehrmals genutzt wird.
