Oliver Brandt Posted July 2, 2019 #1 Share Posted July 2, 2019 Hallo Ihr, ich hätte da mal ein Problem. Mein Chef hat ein neues IPhone bekommen. Wenn ich Swyx Mobile anmelden möchte bekomme ich die Fehlermeldung das die maximale Anzahl an Endgeräten bereits erreicht ist (Sein altes IPhone steht noch in der Endgeräteliste) Die Meldung passt auch da mein Chef insgesamt 4 Endgeräte nutzt. Wie kann ich Endgeräte aus dieser Liste bzw. beim Benutzer löschen um, wie in meinem Beispiel, dass Smartphone zu tauschen? Danke Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Das Gerät wird schon seit ein paar Wochen nicht mehr genutzt und ist immer noch in der Liste. Server/Dienst Neustart hilft auch nicht. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
