Line never reached state 3 (dialing)

Hi,

While doing some maintenance on our application I noticed that when dialing out a line never hits the 'dialing' state.

I go from state 0 (inactive) --> state 1 (hookOff) --> state 4 (alerting) --> .....

I hit state alerting even before the number is complete.


Any thoughts on this?
